You may be wondering what we do all day. Planning weddings is a full-time job and not only takes time, but also requires experience and the right contacts. We want to secure your dream venue, book the best catering, print imaginative invitations, and find the right flowers. You decide how long our to-do list will be!
We only work with suppliers we have met personally over the years and with whom we are in regular contact. The advantage for you is that we know our partners and can vouch for their professionalism and quality. We guide you through the decision-making process, take care of communication, and make sure that everything is implemented exactly as you want it.

Whether you are planning a civil wedding in Spain, a religious wedding in Spain, or a full destination wedding, our integrated wedding planning in Spain covers every detail — from your first call to your last dance.
♥︎ We propose and/or search all suppliers needed for the wedding as well as contact and keep in touch with the vendors you may have already booked.
♥︎ We do not work exclusively with any vendor so we can also contact any vendor you have already seen or would like us to contact.
♥︎ We assist with all selected vendors, as well as contract negotiation.
♥︎ We are in constant contact with the vendors, and are a link between you and vendors.
♥︎ We translate all the documents sent by vendors (proposals, contract and more) in cases where the vendor only has them in Spanish, as well as are translators during meetings when is it needed.
♥︎ We create moodboards, provide inspiration, information on trends, ideas and all related to the creative part of planning. (Although we are not decorators, from our wedding planning experience we have the knowledge to assist in this field)

VENUE SCOUTING PACKAGE
This service is for couples who want to organize a wedding in Spain but need to explore the right venue first — before committing to a full wedding planning in Spain package.
♥︎ Proposal of 10 venues. This proposal includes: documents of the venue, brochures, pricing and conditions as well as photographic material of the venue.
♥︎ We will create a budget simulation using all all venues (adding also the added cost of all vendors necessary to get a budget idea) and a comparison of these budget estimate simulations.

ELOPEMENT

♥︎ Search for the perfect location or locations. Getting married in Spain through an elopement means choosing a place where you can truly share this unique and intimate moment — whether in Andalusia or anywhere else in the country.
